i used to use meebo on this tumblr blog, but i think the sidebar got a bit overloaded and it looked messy.
generally speaking, widgets on blogs are quite cool, but i just think that the permanence and direct relation that blog post comments have to that one particular article/statement will forever mean that the basics can’t be beaten.
it’s odd, but i’ve been finding lately that the posts i want to leave a reply to have got their comments disabled. and no (before you ask) these weren’t posts that i’d have said nasty things about in the comments. blogging = conversation, so let me talk back to you!
so my blog - do you think i should keep the google friend connect wall widget on the sidebar, or ditch it for the meebo chat widget?
